Brereton Surgery is very easy to find, we are situated on Main Road in Brereton directly across from the junction with Lodge Road.

We strongly encourage our staff, patients and visitors to walk, cycle, and use public transport where possible as part of a healthy lifestyle.

The surgery is well served by the local bus service (Route Numbers 828, 829 and CG4), with a stop directly in front of the surgery building.

Public Transport information is available from the Traveline website.

The practice has a patient car park and includes disabled parking near the front door.

The surgery is equipped as followed for Disabled Patients including:
Car Parking, toilet suitable for disabled, easily accessible access to the surgery for wheelchair users and a Stair lift.

We can arrange interpretation and translation services in person or by phone for patients who do not speak English. Please let us know when booking your appointment.
