For urgent requests during our opening hours (Monday to Friday, 8am to 6.30pm), please telephone 01889 575560 or visit the practice. When we are closed, call 111 for medical advice or 999 in an emergency.

If your request is submitted during our opening hours (Monday to Friday, 8am to 6.30pm), you will be informed on the same day how the practice will manage your issue. This may include booking a future appointment, signposting you to another service or providing advice.
