Practice Opening Times

We are open 8am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday and our consulting times are between these hours.

Telephone lines are open 8am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday.

The surgery is closed on Weekends and Bank Holidays.

Primary Care Extended Access

The practice provides extended opening hours for pre bookable or same day appointments.

We work collaboratively with other local practices within Rugeley & Great Haywood Primary Care Network (PCN) and Cannock Villages Primary Care Network (PCN) support with the service provision.

The following appoinments are available:

  • 6.30pm to 8pm weekdays, working from our Rugeley and Great Haywood PCN practices.
  • 9am to 5pm Saturdays at High Street Surgery, Cheslyn Hay.

Consultations can be 'face to face' or by telephone with a healthcare professional (Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Clinical Pharmacist, GP, Healthcare Assistant etc). All Healthcare Professionals who cover this extended service will have access to patients’ medical records with their consent.

Protected Learning Time

Our Clinical Team will be undergoing training on the following afternoons:

During these times, staffing will be reduced; however the practice will remain open as normal.

When we are Closed
