Friends and Family Test

We would like your feedback on the care or treatment we give you any time you visit your GP or have contact with the practice. It doesn't take long. Put us to the test and tell us what is working and what we can improve. You can say what you think without giving your name and we will use the information to plan improvements to our services.

See our Friends and Family Test page for further information.

Introduction of Clinical Roles at the Practice

Our receptionists have been trained in care navigation and will ask you some questions about the reason for your appointment. They are here to support and signpost you to ensure you receive the right care from the right professional at the right time.

This may not always be within the practice, and you may be directed to other services such as community pharmacists, opticians, or hospital urgent care centres. We are excited to introduce these various clinical roles aimed at enhancing our patient care. Each role brings unique expertise to our practice, playing a crucial role in expanding our healthcare team and improving the quality of care we deliver.

Find out more about the clinical roles and get to know our team.

Contact your GP Practice Online

Fill out a simple online form to get advice and treatment by the end of the next working day. By submitting an eConsult, which is also available via the NHS App, your doctors can make sure every patient gets the right care, saving appointments for those who need them.

If you can use eConsult, it means you free up the phone line for those who are not able to use the internet.

To take advantage of eConsult see Contact Your GP Practice Online.

Appointment Check and Cancel Service

The practice is pleased to announce a new automated appointment check and cancel service. Our telephone systems have been updated and you will now have the option to select this feature when contacting the practice. This line allows you to check the dates and times of any upcoming appointments and have the choice to cancel if required. It saves time in having to join a queue to speak to a member of the reception team and will also be available outside of our opening hours.
